Electronic Digital Channels

MBA's Electronic/Digital Solutions offer a high-security, rapidly implemented, cost-effective solution to document management. It provides round-the-clock access to critical documents to a geographically dispersed community via standard Web browsers. The Online Solutions enable document-intensive industries such as Financial Services, Insurance and Telecommunications to have consolidated views of both internal and customer information. Instantaneous access to reports, archived e-mails and other critical documents can facilitate timely and informed decisions organisation-wide.

Security policies and procedures built into MBA's Electronic/Digital Solutions assure that data is secure in transport, access and storage. Firewalls, password protection and full redundancy mean not only safe handling, but also efficient back-up and disaster recovery services.

The many different systems in place in most organisations (large and small) give rise to multiple locations of information and documents. For instance for a general 'service based' organisation, we can list the potential document types:-

Customer invoices
Supplier invoices, remittances, cheques
General correspondence
Emails and attachments
Customer service forms, correspondence
Environment/quality management system forms, procedures, audits
Quotations, site surveys, service records, delivery notes
Legal contracts, IT and purchase contracts
Personnel files, forms and procedures
General reference, technical references, product reference

Traditionally the delivery of these documents was paper-based only, but MBA has identified electronic delivery solutions to work with traditional paper-based production requirements, as a support process to paper-based delivery, for example electronic proofing, or as a standalone solution delivering electronic information only.

Delivery solutions include:
Proofing
Web-based stock management
CD ROM and DVD creation and duplication
On-line retrieval and archival

MBA wins ‘Best-of-the-Best’ International Print Awards

MBA Group has won a ‘Best-of-the-Best’ International Print Award. The award is for producing a fully digital publication using their Xerox 980 colour continuous laser press.

Graham Smith, Marketing Manager at MBA, is delighted with the award. "We wanted to use a vehicle that would demonstrate the benefits of variable content on large print runs, which is where our data team and the 980 really score".

MBA fought off stiff competition with an incredible number of entries from over 19 different countries. The award was presented in front of an international audience at the Premier Partnership Congress held in Manchester on 17 May 2010.
