At MBA we have both the skills and the software to handle any data integration project. Eliminating duplications, consolidating and suppressing non relevant data. We design bespoke marketing databases that we can host and build. Analysing and profiling our clients' customers through demographic or lifestyle programmes to meet their marketing needs. When accurate data is in place, we can then proceed to personalise your mail piece.

MBA have one of the largest laser printing capabilities in Europe. We have both sheet fed and continuous, with single or secondary hi light colour, as well as full colour digital giving us the facility to personalise your information with variable words or imagery making our service as flexible as it is fast. We can personalise with water or wax based substrates onto standard letters or bespoke shapes, sizes and thickness of product.

We can facilitate the finished mail piece as a self mailer or enclose into either an envelope or polythene. We can mechanically enclose up to 11 items from DL up to C4 across 16 enclosing lines. Equipped with OCR, OMR and bar coding camera systems we can provide 100% accuracy in personalised multiple matching, selective enclosing document identification and verification.

For those items that cannot be enclosed mechanically, we have a workforce of over 50 full time employees who handle those 'special products' others shy away from. From spot gluing and sachet affixing, we have developed revolutionary ways of mailing items as varied as a bar of soap to bottles of Champagne.

MBA wins ‘Best-of-the-Best’ International Print Awards


MBA Group has won a ‘Best-of-the-Best’ International Print Award. The award is for producing a fully digital publication using their Xerox 980 colour continuous laser press.

Graham Smith, Marketing Manager at MBA, is delighted with the award. "We wanted to use a vehicle that would demonstrate the benefits of variable content on large print runs, which is where our data team and the 980 really score".

MBA fought off stiff competition with an incredible number of entries from over 19 different countries. The award was presented in front of an international audience at the Premier Partnership Congress held in Manchester on 17 May 2010.
