Grow your Business. Grow your Network. Grow your Mind. *Use Print.

In June, Facebook quietly launched a print magazine in the UK called Grow with the slogan “Grow your business. Grow your network. Grow your mind.”

Introduced as a B2B marketing program targeted at wealthy executives, the campaign shares thought leadership content directly with its clients through an annual event as well as print and online marketing channels.

As Ironic as it seems, Facebook, who has always claimed that digital is the future, makes its decision to invest in its own quarterly magazine all the more extraordinary. Launched this summer, the magazine has set its sights on helping business leaders keep ahead of the game by creating and curating insightful content and experiences through events and multi-platform content.

Its aim – to grow businesses, networks and perspectives. It seems that Facebook has discovered what we all already knew, that print is the best way to get your message across.

Don’t take our word for it, the stats speak for themselves:

  • 36% of recipients bought or ordered something as a result of receiving direct mail*
  • 81% people have bought an item or visited a place after reading about it in a magazine*
  • Newspaper ads are viewed 2.5 times longer than the average digital ad*
