MBA Continues to Expand London HQ

Earlier this year, MBA began to expand its offices and digital printing operation at its London headquarters and we’re pleased to showcase the end result?

New Office Vision

This huge refurb was intended to create more space for our growing teams and build a better working environment for all clients, colleagues and visitors alike. A vision that’s best encapsulated as “a cohesive and collaborative environment for all to enjoy” said Group Chairman, Bachar Aintaoui.

Work Begins

At the start of 2017, our talented and skilled facilities team managed all of the interior design and office fit-outs – working effortlessly to meet deadlines and ensuring the design and build quality lived up to MBA’s high standards.

Early stages – part of MBA’s offices and digital printing operation are completely stripped back

Over the next few months, raised flooring was constructed to create the space needed to facilitate our growing IT and DP teams. The relocation of IT then enabled us to build a new creative studio and an additional large meeting room for internal and client meetings. Further office expansion then created a huge collaborative breakout area, complete with meeting booths and a bespoke putting green for those all-important interactive meetings.

Importantly, the new central breakout area has been purposely located at the centre of the business between all office and production departments.

Grand Opening

MBA Group Chairman, Bachar Aintaoui cuts the ribbon to officially open MBA’s new breakout area and putting green

Our Group Chairman, Bachar Aintaoui, officially opened the space and affirmed that MBA’s thriving business and future growth opportunities deserved the investment. He stated “Continuously looking at ways to transform and prosper, we wanted to create an environment that had no barriers to departments and encourages better working relationships”.

Bachar invited all team members to a grand opening and encouraged team members to take the time to socialise and collaborate with colleagues.

We sincerely hope the new facility will help foster a bigger sense of community, strengthen our culture and lead to a more productive working environment.

Reconfigured Digital Operation

The new office extension has happened alongside another big project to reconfigure our digital printing operation.

MBA’s New Ricoh Pro C9110

After completing the installation of the new Ricoh VC60000 digital presses late last year, we wanted to bring all of our digital and laser printing technologies into closer alignment and invest in even more technology – Xerox ColorQube 9301’s, Xerox Nuvera 314 EA’s and a Ricoh Pro C9110.

These important developments mean that MBA now possesses one of the largest Variable Data Print (VDP) facilities in the UK; consisting of multiple presses for continuous and cut-sheet, mono and full colour, laser and digital, inkjet and toner print. Whatever your digital printing needs may be, we will have the right solution for you.

Conclusion

Life at MBA is on the up and everyone is starting to reap the rewards of our annual investment strategy.

To be truly successful, it’s important for people to collaborate without any perceived barriers. We are connected together as a team and by open communication; sharing common goals. Bringing special abilities together, MBA is sure to provide and exceed the level of quality and service that our many valued clients expect.
