MBA Group strengthens its accredited reputation

Company Update

Having lodged compliance with the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS) in December 2015, 2016 will see MBA Group work towards continuously improving upon its energy management credentials, as well as a new certification for ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.

MBA were among the first businesses to submit their compliance to the UK Environment Agency before the original deadline of 5th December 2015.  Non-submittal before the revised deadline of 29th January may now incur penalties of up to £50,000 for those organisations who don’t comply.

Complying with this new directive will help to solidify MBA’s long lasting commitment to a world of environmentally conscious business practices.

Furthermore, alongside this years on-going work towards ISO 50001 Energy Management System, MBA will also be working towards another certification in the form of ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.

Unforeseen disruptive incidents like fires, power cuts, even natural disasters can impact a client’s business operation anytime.  If the worst should ever happen, an ISO 22301 compliant business will be able to better protect, prepare, respond and recover from the incident.

Alongside those already held by MBA, this certification demonstrates to clients and prospects MBA’s reputation as an industry leader in maintaining and exceeding exemplary business practices.
