MBA's people look forward to another great year of charitable fundraising

Company Update

After another successful years fundraising, MBA's people are proud to be supporting three new charities in 2016.

Action For Kids support disabled children and young adults to meet the demands of the modern world.  Their mission is to empower young people living with a disability and, wherever possible, provide support. Whether through essential mobility equipment or teaching young adults practical life skills, Action For Kids does it all.

With a head office located in central London, Beanstalk have bases dotted up and down the length of the country.  Their 2,900 volunteer reading-helpers work in almost 1400 primary schools, providing one-to-one literacy support to children who struggle with their reading ability and confidence.

The third new charity we will be supporting this year is Markfield, a community centre based in MBA’s home borough of Haringey.

Markfield’s building and surrounding park provide the perfect location to supply disabled people and their families with access to ordinary and fulfilling life experiences.

Markfield believes that an ‘ordinary’ life should contain goals, hopes and happiness. What seem like ordinary experiences for many, can remain unfulfilled dreams for some disabled people and their families; Markfield works tirelessly to make these dreams a reality.

On top of our three new charity partnerships, MBA will continue fundraising for The Sunshiner’s Group, a local charity who provide support for autistic children and their families.

Its wonderful to see how much of a difference MBA’s people made with their donations last year, and we look forward to making a significant and meaningful contribution to these charitable organisations in 2016.
