Print & Mail

Print

MBA continuously invests in new equipment allowing us to improve productivity in the personalisation and mailing process, whilst providing contingency capacity if required. MBA have the capability to print cut sheet, continuous, black, highlight colour and full colour. This provides MBA with the capacity to personalise over 20,000,000 A4 documents per week.

Mail

All of the appropriate mailing technology employed by MBA for transactional contract customers utilises OMR, OCR or Barcode reading systems and includes file-based processing. This allows us to verify and control all elements of the pack content to ensure 100% integrity of all mailed packs. Our strict documented procedures for production and management of all processes also ensures that regular quality checks and reconciliation is performed at all stages. Our Management reporting is extensive and details all reconciliation, SLA performance, invoicing, stock management and much more.

MBA have a total capacity to mail over 6,000,000 envelopes per week across, C4, C5, DL and variants, with up to 12 inserts per pack.

In addition to our machine capabilities, MBA is resourced with experienced enclosing staff to manage hand mailing requirements.

All equipment in the personalisation and mailing areas is maintained by on-site engineers, 24 hours per working day. This increases our resilience and performance to meet with contractual requirements.
